Rock the smalls, I have the 3-1 smartys in small and they fit perfect, I am 5'6" though so take that into consideration, they are just the right length for me in boots.

I have a question I'm 5'11 140lbs and idk what size L or Med. My waist is 31-31'' and I like the pants with a regular fit. But idk if the pants in medium would be too short....

Yeah man, it's probably going to be alittle short depending on where you like your pants to fall over your boots. I'm scraping 5'11 with a waste of 34 and the Large are perfect when i'm in my boots and strapped up. Walking around they are alittle long.
