I'm 5'11", 145 -- the black wax would go great with my setup. However, I'm not a fan of my pants dragging at the heels (hanging TO the heels is fine) but I don't want to go M for shorter length if I'm going to be squeezed into these like Betty Davis, and have them unbutton every time I move.

I purchased a pair of Burton pants in L before for this reason, and they ended up looking like I raided MC Hammer's winter closet.

How do these pants hang? How adjustable/forgivable are they at the waist? Which will be better, M or L?

i want to get a pair of these but i'm debating between the medium and the large. i'm 6'0" and i usually wear pants that are right around 33-34" in the waist...any suggestions? i don't want them too baggy but obviously i want to have enough movement to ride comfortably in them

you could go either medium or large. Medium will fit you true to size and will fit your waist better. Large for extra bagginess.
