686 Smarty Command 3-In-1 Jacket - Men's - 2011

With improved fit and features, the Smarty Command 3-In-1 Jacket remains a staple for all riders with a style that goes with anybody and anything. The Command's burly waterproof shell runs the show, while the removable track-jacket style 250g microfleece liner makes layering effortless (and also makes for a nice piece of streetwear). With plenty of storage, the Command can hold everything you need for the day, and some things you don't. A convenient stash-pass chest pocket makes your essential lift-riding credentials easily presentable for lifties with an attitude.

Bottom Line: Utilitarian by design.

Does size chart above clearly represent jackets measurements

Does size chart above clearly represent jackets measurements ? I have measured sleeve length of my 686 times levi softshell and it is around 90 cm from centerback. This size is perfect for me to use as street wear, for snowboarding I prefer a little longer. Size chart states that medium sleeve length is around 94-96 cm, so if will be right size.
Please helm me chose right size. I'm 5'10'', 170lbs

686 is sized generously. a large will be a good baggy fit, XL will prob be HUUUUGE.

My second 686 jacket. I love this jacket. I got the red XL. Great price. Warm and super comfy. Fits true to size! Can't wait for the winter.

Goodbye cold

This is definitely one of the warmest jackets I've ever worn. The fleece liner is super soft and zips in and out very easily and there is more pockets than you know what to do with, which I think is a good thing. Definitely worth it!

Im 5'8" and 135 pounds. i like the jacket to be a little big so I can wear some layers underneath and be able to move freely. Would a medium be the right fit?

I'm a couple inches taller and I prefer the large for some more space. It does come with the internal layer that you have an option of unzipping out of there. Overall a great jacket!

I am 6'3" 230lbs with longer arms. I got the xxl and it is the fit I was looking for. A little loose with arms that are plenty long. First 686 gear, I am a fan now!

I'm 6' 2" and usually run about 260lb. I have the Black XL in last years model and I like it a lot. I've got just enough room where it feels just right. The liner jacket is warm when put in the coat - makes it a little more snug. The liner is great when you need it - but since I carry enough heat with me - I usually leave it out 90% of the time. You could probably fit in a L but I'd go XL and see where you're at.
