Description

The snow pant with the mysterious name.

The Men's AB/BC Pant from Airblaster is the pro model pant for Brandon Cocard, and it's his way of reminding himself exactly why he started riding: to have fun. Fully taped seams and a proprietary membrane help seal out moisture or, when things get hot, open up the mesh-lined leg vents and let that cool breeze on in. Ankle gaiters help to seal off your lower sections, while a built-in waist adjustment lets you secure things up top.

  • Proprietary membrane (10K/10K)
  • Fully taped seams
  • Mesh-lined inner leg vents
  • Internal ankle gaiters
  • Built-in waist adjustment
  • Zippered hand pockets
  • Zippered rear pockets

Good Pant, fit well, but not "Tailored"

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

NOTE: Backcountry.com rates these pants as regular, but Airblaster advertises them as "Tailored." Trust BC.com and not AB...

Not really what I was expecting when Airblaster's Website description said "Tailored"

I am 5'11'' 155lbs and ordered the medium, and they fit like a normal semi-baggy snow pant would. Nothing about the pant was "Tailored"

No Articulated knees, no stretch in the fabric, no slim legs... I am not sure how baggy their other pants must be to consider these tailored, but compared to the other brands I tried on these were by far the baggiest of the group.

So if you are looking for a standard fitting high quality snow pant than this is a good option, but if you want a slightly more slim (not tight) pant than I would recommend Volcom Wall pant.
