well airblaster runs a lil baggier from what ive bought from them. But I guess depending on how you like to wear your gear, is what you're gonna get. If you like it a lil snugger, go for a L, and obv XL if you like it baggyyy. Im about the same size as you(6',170lbs) and I wear M(for a slim/formed look) or L for a lil bit of baggy steeze.
