Hey Corey,

I'd go with the XL personally. They will for sure fit even if you're only rocking your base layer underneath but will also have a bit of extra room if you need to layer up other days.

Pretty warm. Definitely need an under layer. On hot days there's no vents, but that's alright. No zippers on the front pockets but zippers on the butt pockets. Quality. I like them lots! Airblaster is grand. I love looking steezy.

A medium will probably be more comfortable, as well as easier to move around in.
If you prefer a very slim fit though, you could probably be fine with a Small.
