The very finest in sport ewe-tility.
Wool is awesome. Not only does it come from a totally renewable resource, it's also one of the warmest, most odor-resistant fibers on the planet. The Airblaster Merino Wool Ninja Suit is made with 4-way stretch merino that won't bind when you tweak hard and that conforms perfectly to your shape for total comfort. The 7-panel form-fitting hood keeps your head toasty under a hood or a helmet. The Ninja suit's full-length front zip makes it easy to get in and out, and the 350-degree waist zip and zip fly makes it easy to answer either of nature's calls. Airblaster even equipped the merino Ninja suit with thumb loops to keep the sleeves in place while you ride.
- Odor-fighting, renewable merino wool
- Form-fitting with four-way stretch

I'll Keep It Short
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
That last review nailed it when it comes to size. Definitely size down. I am 5'10", 170lbs, 33" waist on a bad day, 40" chest and the L is loose; NOT BAGGY, just loose. I prefer form-fitting base layers and think had I gone with a M it would be that way.
That is my only, very minor complaint. Otherwise, the Ninja Suit is perfect. It really does stabilize your temperature and keeps you dry. I prefer it to the poly also because it doesn't get stinky. I've run this beast down into the negatives and never felt like it wasn't the right base layer.
I'm not sure if the first reviewer just got a bad piece or what but as far as durability goes, it has been an ox for me; putting up with everything I've thrown at it. And that's a lot.
Final thoughts, try one on first to get the size you want. Then BUY it! It's worth every penny.
Best thing ever

Firstly, about the only thing I will agree with the previous reviewer on is size, so lets get that out of the way. They do run a bit large. I am not so sure that large is even the right word as is, that they expected them to not be perfectly skin tight. I like my base layers a bit tighter. I am 5'11" and 200 pounds give or take. I have an athletic build and my waist is about a 33-34". I have a large and I LOVE it but I am probably going to get a medium and see if it fits perfectly skin tight. I would certainly recommend sizing down.
Now on to the really important stuff. This suit does exactly what I wanted it to do. This thing truly is a second skin. I ride a motorcycle and I do it in Utah winters(when it's dry, I am only sort of dumb) This can be very tricky to dress for. I have found my self before I had this suit wearing more layers and as soon as I would go inside I would light on fire, and immediately be in a hurry to get out of everything, only to have to layer all carefully back on to go get on my motorcycle.
With this suit my body temperature stays much more regular, so it will keep me warm on the bike without frying my like an egg when I go inside
I can wear one less layer under my coat, not only making it easier to get out of my coat when I do get inside, but I do not feel like I am in a rush to beat a torrent of sweat immediately. Inside even with the ninja suit on I do not run very hot, and I am a FURNACE. I feel my body temperature absolutely stays more consistent in my ninja suit throughout the day.
I would strongly recommend this suit to anyone who doesn't let the cold slow them down.
As for the comment of durability, in the previous review..... This guy must have been eating uncooked bean burritos or something, because I ride my motorcycle everyday, and have worn my welllllll over 15 times with no sign of hole or torn seams. I have also run, biked, hiked, and played frisbee golf in this suit.
This suit is pure gold!
Great idea but no
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I liked the idea but the novelty of one piece makes everything harder except?finding it.
Mine ripped in the crotch after a month or 2 maybe used it 15 times. I would perfer it a bit thicker and less bunchy around the waist, Maybe have the zipper higher instead of lower. I found the cheaper versions better!
everything was tight except the waist and I'm thin.
Airblaster Men's Merino Ninja Suit
What would be the right size for 6'1...
What would be the right size for 6'1 175lbs?
It would depend on what your waist is, in part; based off your rather sparse measurements provided, I would say go for an XL. However, according to the Airblaster-brand measurements provided by BC, the only factor that makes me lean towards XL is your height.
The range for weight given by Airblaster in an XL size recommends being anywhere from 180-220lb; moreover, the waist range for that same size is recommended to be 36-39in, which I would not believe you would fit, given your noted weight. Thus, the only reason I say XL is due to the fact that the height category for that size goes from 5'10" -6'4".
Conversely, you may actually be able to fit into a Large size, but owing to the fact that you did not provide a waist size, I'm hesitant to come right out and assert a final opinion one way or the other. In any case, the Airblaster measurement ranges for a size Large are as follows:
Honestly, I would gamble with a Large if it is not a matter of the utmost emergency to procure. I believe the fabric would stretch to accommodate you rather pleasantly, but take this with a grain of salt. It's only supposition, based off what I have at hand, information-wise.
