Description

First-round pick for street-specific performance.

If you want to see how urban snowboarding is changing, type in 'Nick Visconti' and watch him reinvent street-riding on the Arbor Draft Snowboard. Jib System rocker makes it perfect for buttering, pressing, bonking, and spinning everything in sight, so, like Nick, you can start expanding your views on what's possible on your snowboard.

  • Jib System rocker uses a parabolic shape that is more rockered in the middle for a playful feel and less rockered toward the tip and tail to ensure edge contact when you need it
  • Butter Glassing uses a biax over biax glass lay-up for a loose ride
  • Power Ply topsheet replaces plastic with sustainably-harvested wood for increased pop and durability with less impact on the environment
  • Bio-Film topsheet replaces toxic clear coat
  • Bronze edges have less metal-on-metal friction for catch-free jibbing, and Rhythm Walls urethane/ABS blend sidewalls dampen vibrations
  • Medicine core uses 100% FSC-certified poplar for pop and durability
  • Grip Tech sidecut widens the board slightly underfoot to create additional contact points for improved edge control
  • True-twin shape for stomping switch tricks, with blunt tips for easier presses
  • Fusion extruded base holds wax well and is easy to repair
  • Original artwork by Haunted Euth

This board is soo sick!!! Never had so much playful control on a snowboard. The draft makes presses nearly flawless and has a decent pop for how playful it is. The downside about the draft is it is not forgiving at all on tail landings. very easy to slide out. The only thing I don't understand about the draft is the copper edges, stupidest thing ever. I literally need to re-edge my board every time I take it out. Other than that a fun park board!

This was my first Arbor board i owned. I stepped up to this from an old Burton Ross Powers board. All I can say is that this board handles wicked in the park, and rides smoothly on the mountain. Not too stiff, not to soft. Turns are extremely simple. Board handles well at high speeds too. Love the grip tech. This board is a great butter board.

For those riders that want to tear-apart their snowboard park’s rail line with a variety of impossible transfers, bonks, combo manuals and tweaked-out presses the Draft is the super soft sponge board for the job. Just make sure you can stomp your landings with both feet over the bolts or the Draft will wash-out. A street-specific rocker board for riders whose focus is park and urban jibs: rails, boxes, stumps, wall rides, etc.; the Draft is the perfect platform for spinning, pressing, bonking, and buttering your way through life.

Such a fun board! One of the best rail boards i have ever ridden! Sooo playful, easy to throw around and easy to press. One thing you gotta know about this board is it has one of the most aggressive reverse camber profiles on the market. This results in the board being very playful and skate-like but it also means it lacks stability at high speeds and has no game in the big jumps. If you dont stomp your landing you end up washing out or manualing down the landing. This is definitely a jib specific board. All in all this board is damn fun! It still has good pop for a reverse camber and the added contact points (Grip Tech) do wonders with helping control and stopping power. If you still believe snowboarding is about fun then buy this board!
