Seriously, does the B by Burton Women's Bennett Jacket really have removable sleeves? Sweeeettt! Not to mention a fully insulated Thinsulate body and waterproof shell fabric with fully taped seams. The Bennett looks damn fine on, too, so no worries about looking like a gigantic polar bear on the slopes this season.

Tear up the white highway in this convertible vest or jacket. I went with the denim/ leather and love it. Super warm and love the Rock and roll vibe. Love the edgy look and cutting edge tailored silhouette. The flannel line gives detail and added warmth.
