B by Burton Elektra Jacket - Women's - 2010

While other tourists dare to venture outside during a blinding blizzard, prorider Ellery Hollingsworth dons the Burton Women’s Elektra Jacket and heads for the slopes. Burton took red carpet style and infused it into this lightly insulated waterproof jacket to make heads turn while you rip down the mountain.

Does this jacket have a hood adjustable cinch cord in the back?

Does this jacket have a hood adjustable cinch cord in the back? I'm finding I need that extra cinch in jackets with oversized hoods for the visibility factor with or without helmet and goggles? Thanks much!!

How warm is this coat? Should I be looking for a puffy or will this work for colder days and a few outback runs?

This will be fine, it has 40 grams of insulation, it is 15K waterproof as well. If you do get a bit cold, make sure you don't wear anything cotton, us a good first layer and you will be nice and toasty.

Sick!

The Burton Elektra Jacket, is sick. The bright blue is the way to go!
I am enjoying the length when the wind blows. The collar is like having a little lamb around your neck. The hood traps the heat and is stylin' with the pho-fur. Slap on a T, and a nice long sleeve and this jacket is keeping me warm in -30 degrees.
The downsides are, the pockets, with the zippers, you can't just shove your hands in and they aren't angled so it you like to walk with your hands tucked it's not super comfortable. The hood is big, which is great, however head turning when it's up can be challenging.
But other then that, I love it, little pockets for storing your music, or cell phone, powder skirt, and zip off hood just rocks, the lining is soft and the jacket is super warm. And there aren't many jackets this length, perfect for town walking or sitting in the snow wait to hit a run...

I want a loose-fit jacket, not slim-fit. Should I order this

I want a loose-fit jacket, not slim-fit. Should I order this jacket in my true size or a size bigger? (this jacket says it has added inches?)

True size, this is the team fit jacket, it means it will run a bit bigger.
