Billabong Women's Strapless or Bandeau Sun Dress

This lightweight dress is a perfect beach piece. The elastic band around the top isn't too tight & the length of the dress is to the thigh. Like most Billabong I would suggest purchasing a size larger than you normally would to accommodate for shrinkage after you wash this dress.
