Hey, I wanted to buy the Billabong Feliz Dress, but I'm 5' 4" with a 32 D chest, but only weigh about 103 lbs. I normally wear a 0-1 in jeans. Unfortunately, they don't have an X-Small or a Small available. Do you think a Medium would swallow me?

nope it'll be fine. It's super stretchy & fitted. The sz M will be slightly longer, but will fit thru the body very well
