this jacket runs smaller then a typical billabong jacket. i am not familiar with DC sizing but i would say billabong is closer to roxy sizing

FIrst of all, this jacket seems like it runs a little small. So to be on the safe side, I would recommend sizing up. It is, however, puffy and made to keep you warm, which it does. It has impressed me in 30 something degree weather, and it is so comfy I take it with me everywhere, just in case. This jacket has great features important for the cold: quilted lining, nice hood, easy to move around in, and sweater-like cuffs under the outer layer that fit your wrists preventing drafts up the sleeve (super important!!). Plus, I get tons of compliments on it!!
