Burton 2L Hellbrook Premium Insulated Jacket - Men's - 2012
When Mother Nature brings her worst, the Burton 2L Hellbrook Premium Insulated Jacket brings its best. This remix of the popular Hellbrook jacket features not only zonal Thinsulite insulation, but the new, hyper-hydrophobic 2-layer DryRide Nanoshell material that works overtime to fight moisture at a molecular level. Grab your microscope and your board and get after it.
- DryRide Nanoshell 2-layer material bonds hydrophobic fibers to each fiber of the jacket at a molecular level to not only cause moisture to bead up and roll off, but also elevate it out of the jacket
- Insulated with a zonal placement of 3M Thinsulate fill—60 gram fill in the front and side panels for optimum warmth and 40 gram fill in the hood and sleeves for mobility
- Fully taped seams enhance your riding experience by sealing out moisture along all stitching to keep you from getting sogged out
- Sig Fit is the classic Burton fit, loose enough to layer up but never baggy; longer sleeves are also thrown in to never ride up when ratcheting in and slapping high-fives
- Helmet-compatible drop hood can fit over your brain bucket without flopping excessively or blocking your peripheral vision
- Removable Lycra wrist gaiters stretch around your hand to keep wind and moisture out of your sleeve; feel free to take 'em out when the weather warms up
- Stretch powder skirt secures around your waist to prevent frigid flurries from breaching your torso's balmy interior; the attached jacket-to-pant interface seals out the cold even more when used with corresponding pants
- Internal media pocket keeps your riding soundtrack close to your heart
- Other details include fleece-backed chin guard, microfleece handwarmer pockets, underarm zippered venting, glove loops at cuffs, and front pocket accessed hem cinch
Bottom Line: It's been to hell and back.
Leave your mark on The Wall.
Change me.

havent taken it on the mountain yet but love the coat. It has the length I was lookin for along with necessary pocket space for all my necessities for the day. Definitely a coat I would recommend if you are looking for something more than just a shell.
