Best Purchase Ever
I bought this for my 3 y/o son last Christmas and I am so glad I did!
The package comes with A LOT of stickers and it was fun to sit down with him and let him put the stickers on his board. Adds to the crazy collage, and made him even prouder of owning his own snowboard.
The boots are easy to put on, and the bindings even easier. He picked up ratcheting down his bindings and taking them off quicker than I thought. The one buckle makes it super easy!
And the board is a perfect ride for him! It has edges sharp enough to hold a turn, but easy enough to handle, and it's base is perfect and lets him glide with little effort on the flat spots.
He was up and riding on his own by the end of the season! I don't think I could be prouder!!

My son is six. About 49 inches tall and weighs 51 lbs. He wears a size 2 in hockey skates and 1.5 in normal shoes. Would the 3 boot be adequate for him? What about 100cm? Is it long enough?

The perfect snowboard for little ones
Bought this for my newly turned three year old son. His older brothers started when they were five, but he is was feeling left out, so saw this package , and for the price could not resist getting it. Glad I did. He may only be 30 lbs , but man can he ride the board. He learned to turn so easy and is able to stop as well. Never took any lessons , just spent an hour out on the hill with his big sister. I believe my son has a natural talent, but also that this board is incredible in teaching and responding to the littlest there are. My kids all ride Burton for a reason, and this just further proves it. The Board is adorable, the bindings are easy enough that he knew from the start how to get in and out of them. The boots are easy to step into with velcro easy for little ones to adjust on their own. The carrying bag is a godsend because now he can carry his board, boots, helmet, gloves and hat in the bag (it is roomy but not too big). If you have a little one and he wants to learn to ride, give this package a chance, because it will be the best start you could ever hope to give your little one.

I'm 12 years old. Does it have my foot size (9 1/2)?
In kids or mens? In kids it is from 11c to 3.
Not really big enough
The board is extremely small and I ended up returning it. The Backcountry chat told me a size #1 boot would come with a 110cm board but it came with a 90cm board. The board is also very thin width wise. The bind and boots were nice and the caring bag would have been a nice bonus. Basically the board is just to thin and short to be really usefully unless you are getting it for a 3 or 4 year old.

My daughter is 13 , how do I know what size snowboard to buy her?
The board size will mostly depend on her weight...but height and boot size will also play a role.
Rider Weight (lb)/ Board length (cm)
check out the Burton Feelgood Smalls V-Rocker. It should work out well! if you check the board out, there is a link to the above size chart (but it will be easier to read...I couldn't get it to format properly).
That was a great answer by PDX HOOD. It all depends on her weight.

~ I really wanna buy these for my 2 son's ( twins ) they are 3 1/2 yrs old 35 pounds.... how do I know what size to get them && how many winters would they be able to use them for??
The size options are by foot size. It starts at 11C and goes up to 3. Each boot will actually fit two shoe sizes, so the 11C is a 11C then by removing a layer of the footbed it becomes a 12C. Go by their shoe size to get the correct size. 2 years minimum.
I'm considering buying this for my son,...
I'm considering buying this for my son, he's almost two years old. My concern is the size of the boots, since the smallest 11C seems to be too big. Have anybody some experience with this product and especially the boots? I'm afraid they'll just fall of when he's gonna fall.
hey thomas, i c ur concern but boot sizes usuallly runn small for example i have a pair of burton boots and there 9.5s and for shoes i wear size 8s(i have small feet) and i could prolly go up to a 10. soo i beleive ur son should be fine with the 11c boots
how long does it last
how long does it last
As long as your kid fits it. My daughter is 2 and 1/2. I bought the 11C for her. It is big for her know, but she will be able to use it this year and next and maybe the year after. The boots will 11C will fit up to a 12C, each boot fits 2 sizes, and the bindings will fit up to a 1 boot. This will last at least 2 years.
