Keep your hands well-done.

If you're a rider who demands uncompromising warmth in the absolute harshest, coldest conditions, the Burton Men's AK Oven Mitten was made with you in mind. It features a combination of Gore-Tex, leather, down insulation and Primaloft Gold insulation for ultimate protection from winter's worst.

Gore Windstopper fabric on the back of the hand is highly breathable to keep your hands from getting soaked with sweat, but it's also waterproof, so moisture doesn't work its way in from the outside. Gnar Guard leather on the palm is super-durable to withstand damage from carrying your board and scrambling up rocky faces, and the thumb and sidewall have Screen Grab technology so you can use your smartphone without exposing your bare skin to the cold. Goose down on the back of the hand is incredibly warm, yet extremely lightweight to keep your hand toasty without weighing it down, and low-profile Primaloft Gold insulation on the palm side insulates without messing with dexterity.

  • Gore Windstopper fabric
  • Gnar Guard leather
  • Goose down insulation
  • Primaloft Gold insulation
  • Screen Grab technology
  • Hydrofil fixed fleece lining

So warm... So very warm.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

When first reciving the gloves I saw how high quality the material was. The leather on the palms is very thick. MY first use of these mitts really was great. The liner is comfortable and my hand felt like it was in an oven.. Well not oven but seriously these are great. I only hit the slopes a couple times but I also wear these while driving my stick shift car. I have used them for over 1 year and have no rips or tares which can happen easy with this material.

In summation: I never spend this much on mitts but these are well worth the money and will last.
