Get your hands in a glove that does what you need it to do.
Winter rolls in strong like a freight train every year, so put on the Burton Approach Glove and ride in the worst of it. Burton’s DryRide Durashell 2-Layer coated fabric and 220g removable fleece liner maintain the warm and dry hands riders need to stay on the mountain all day, despite heavy snow or sun. On a tour, wear the fleece liner by itself on the ascent and then add the shell for full protection on the descent. If you decide to build a kicker to wait out the avy danger, the Toughgrip palm will help you shovel like your life depends on it, because sometimes, lives do depend on it.

Can anyone tell me why these gloves have...
Can anyone tell me why these gloves have 2 drawstrings? I know one of them you pull to lock out the snow, that's the one with the locking piece of plastic, but what is the point of the other drawstring with a large piece of plastic only.
that's just to loosen the other drawstring so you don't have to mess with pushing a little button on the pull tight drawstring - it's actually quite convenient..
