Burton Bandito Tie-Back Scarf - 2009

Only one substance on earth can match the awesome power the Burton Bandito Tie-Back Scarf brings to your snowboarding—we’ll give you a hint; it starts with ‘T’ and ends with ‘equila.’ So brush up on your Español, ditch your halitosis-scented face-cover, and instead shield your mouth-piece with this printed bandana. A cinching drawcord keeps everything tight so you won’t look sloppy sending lines at the resort or holding up bars in Margaritaville.

Bottom Line: Bandanas, meet the Bandito.

Needs work

I think the toggle is useless, should fit like their gaiters. Also it needs to be fully lined with fleece ( not just the top ) The only way to keep it from freezing is by tucking it in to your coat, but then turning your head without it coming out is tough. Mainly for show.

Pointless

Don't waste $18 on this. If you've ever used a bandana you know that it freezes fast because of your breath. Well this is no different. You will find it freezes just the same. May as well go get that dollar store bandana and save yourself wax money.

A regular bandana works better, tends to come unstitched.

Disappointing

I bought this bandana for the same reasons any boarder would. Supposed to keep your face warm, protect it from wind burn, and help prevent chapped lips.

This bandana sucks, only the very top portion that goes over your nose has thicker warm cloth, and below that is just as thin as a normal bandana. The first day I wore it, in less than an hour of boarding it ended up freezing solid from the humidity of my breath, and actually made my face colder. So i gave it another try the next day, same thing.

Not worth buying at all
