Spark up the Burton Blunt Wide Snowboard and take your riding to the next level. Burton gave this twin-tip deck the V-Rocker and Cruise Control Technology to give you a soft and buttery trick-landing combo for the park, while the triple-rocker design and Pressure Distribution edges gives you tons of control, more pop than an AR-15, and make it practically impossible to catch an edge.
Fly Core with Negative Profile offers thinner sections of core between the bindings for a softer flex and torsion
Biax React fiberglass features a jib-friendly low torsional flex and a forgiving feel
Slantwalls absorb impacts and add durability
Pressure Distribution Edges extend out slightly beneath the bindings for crazy edge hold
V-Rocker negative camber gives you tons of pop, stability and catch-free fun
Twin Cruise Control Technology combines a softer flex and mellower edge-tune for a catch-free and fun ride
They are pretty similar boards. The Blunt originated as an affordable soft park board while the WWW was developed for street riding. Both boards have now gone towards a more mixed riding style. I still think of the WWW as a more jib friendly board with it's flat base center opposed to the Burtons v-shaped one.
All in all I think you can safely pick the board that appeals the most to you in both design and brand. I personally would go for K2, they give great value and have never let me down.
I'm 5'10, 150lbs, used the 153 wide last year and loved the v-rocker compared to my older blunt versions. All around good board, hit up every area of the mountain and it did well.

Hey will my Ride LX bindings fit on this board? I have a crap board called the morrow radium and its so stiff that you cant even press it after a full year season. Is the Blunt gonna hold up on 30+ foot jumps? I wanted to get an artifact but I'm not going to ride a pink board.
I'm about to order that, dude I'm so happy. and I bet i can get at least $50 for that Morrow at a ski swap. I know that it's gonna have pop because my friend cleared a whole 25foot box with one. too bad we tried to film it and he clipped his nose and broke his collarbone.
Hey Scott, the Blunt is definitely a more "progressive" snowboard. You can probably bomb a 30ft kicker but 40ft and above; I would not attempt unless you're a sick rider. I won't feed you a bunch of b.s. but I don't really know if your Ride's will fit on this board. I did a demo on a Blunt a while back....it was a great board for the money and I could ollie all day with her. Very snappy, not super light-weight, but seriously, for the money, it's a great board. Hope this helps bro! Board safe.
I've had this board for about two weeks now and so far it's been riding amazing both in the park and off. The v rocker makes it great for spinning on rails and boxes and with the cruise control you barely ever catch edge. the only down that i've had so far is that the bottom scratches really easy other than that its all around a great board and completely worth the money
Go with Bindings, you can make the board work, but if your bindings hurt your feet your day is done. Your feet have to be comfortable. Boots are the most important, then bindings then board.
you need a good board, bindings can be a pain in the a__ when they break or because they are heavy or not comfortable but a junk board will hold you back and not allow you to progress.
most important thing is not foot size but your weight. If you're over 180 lbs you'll *need* a 159cm board at least, if you're over 200 lbs you'll need bigger than that.
