Description

The only time you’ll ever get to ride a bullet.

Playful and powerful, the Burton Bullet Wide Snowboard tears through any conditions, regular or switch. Slay a deep pow line on your way to the park where the EZ V Rocker and catch-free Cruise Control combo keep your lean gangsta.
  • EZ V Rocker consists of three reverse camber sections that deliver a catch-free and forgiving ride without robbing you of your ability to find an edge on hardpack
  • Cruise Control Tune turns up the contact points of your edges so they won’t catch when you aren’t expecting them to
  • A Negative Core Profile thins out sections of the powerful tip-to-tail Fly wood core between the bindings to soften up your ride
  • Twin Flex allows the directional shape of this board to flow smoothly regular or switch
  • Extruded base carries you through any terrain with the quickness and is easy to repair when you’ve been hitting the park hard

I'm 6' 1", I weigh 155 lbs and I wear a size 13 shoe. I gone snowboarding a couple of times, and have had to wear size 14 boots. Is this burton bullet a good board for me and if so what size should I probably look to purchase?

Responded on

This board is a great entry level board and I would say you should ride a 155 board. That is a good length for you. This is a wide board so it is great for your boot size. The Deuce is another good option and the 155 Wide is available for you now. http://www.backcountry.com/burton-deuce-snowboard-wide

hey im size 10 boot 14 years old and like 5'8 100 lbs should i go with a wide board or just a reg board, which will not toe drag and still be comfortable. thanks

You'd be fine on a regular witdth board. Generally you wouldn't need a wide unless you had an 11 or 11.5 and up.

Do I have to use Burton Bindings with this board?

No you do not. You just need to have a 3-d disk. Burton can supply you with the correct disk no problem.

Similar to the rider mentioned in previous question, I'm 6'3, but about 195 lbs, size 12 boot, and a beginner snowboarder (would be my first board).

Would I be better off with the 160 or 164?

This is a great board for learning, you will be stoked on this. The new technology called EZ V rocker, is made especially for beginners. The nose contact points are raised up to stop you from catching your edge and falling.

We would like to purchase this for our son for Christmas. He is 6'3", 180 lbs, size 12 foot. His old board is way too small so this would be a replacement. Should we be looking at the 160 or the 164 size. His skill level is a lower intermediate rider.

The 160 will be big enough for him, He doesn't weigh enough for the 164. The 160 all the way.

will my 2006 Mission bindings attach to this board? I'm a boarder on a tight budget and I LOVE my '06 Missions. However I need a new board (using an old 05 rossi). I want a Burton board and I got big feet (size 13) so i need a wide board, and this Bullet seems to be only burton board without the channel lock type bindings

Yes your missions will attach to this deck no problem. Those bindings are awesome and you should be stoked on them. This board is great fun as well.

Bullet

The Burton Bullet is for all you big feet guys who want to ride. The 154 waist width is 25.6mm and the 164 is 26.2mm. More than enough room for a 13, 14, or 15 boot.

The Bullet has the EZ V shape, it has rocker in between your feet then right out side your bindings. The nose of the board also has turned up contact points to be more forgiving and less catchy. The tail is tapered 3-6mm depending on the size of the board.

The Bullet is perfect for big foot beginners. Just starting out, start with the right products and get yourself a Bullet.
