Burton C60 Snowboard Binding - 2008

Super stiff and seriously lightweight—the Burton C60 Snowboard Binding takes on everything from Alaskan steeps to the world's biggest terrain parks with supreme confidence. The baseplate uses a blend of carbon fiber and nylon with a dampening material for 50% reduced weight and a more comfortable ride than ever before. Gapless baseplate padding and G3 gel cushioning keeps you from rattling the teeth out of your head when you touch down after a 50-footer. The Living Hinge highback's ergonomic shape ensures an angle precisely adjusted to your needs. Burton also added an Ultra Capstrap toe strap to really lock in your feet and help you squeeze out every bit of your board's performance. - Fall 2008.

Bottom Line: Less weight and more response than ever before.

THE BEST!!!!

dont bother with all the other reviews the reason the c60s break for them is they dont know how to take care off them....iv been thrashin up the parks with these puppys since they came out and they still fell like they just came out of the box the responce you get from these is OUTSTANDING!! you will never go back to your old ones ever...sure the paint chips a bit ond the toe straps where out but hey you get that with and binding and the price is a bit more but to be compleatly honest i would have paid way more for the performance you get out of them. But dont just take my word for it try it out for your self!

Bought in 06

I have these bindings since 06. No problem except that I make have the replace the straps as they are getting worn from overuse :) The paint chipped off in spots, but they are well used. The bindings in combination with my vapour deck left for a comfortable easy ride. If the price is too much, and you want something that is similar, try the burton customs as an alternative. Otherwise, these bad boys are worth every cent!

need for speed?

i just grabbed the black c60s and i'm happy to report they are the sickest!!! i'd been riding old school Burton P1.HDs and they were $, but after i screwed on these badboys i never realized what a difference 5 years of technology makes. these are SO light and responsive that my first few runs i was applying the same amount of carve i'd been used to and found myself going over BOTH edges. a few runs later, i settled into their ease of effort and have been destroying it since. not to mention, my board is WAY lighter to carry now. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

Best binding ever!!

Nice and stiff. Wide highback. Excellent for freeriding. Tested the C60, CO2, P1 and Cartel myself. The C60 is definitely the better one. Unfortunately also the most expensive!

Ride every day if only to justify paying that much!

First pair i got was last year (cherry wood/white) they somehow broke when i dropped my board after having them for 3 days and not even getting to ride them. Second pair has been nice comfy straps, and ultra responsive. im just scared they will break again.

ok so this bindings high back sucks mega balls.they snap super easy, broke 2 on the after having them a total of a week. have had 3 people come into the shop to have us send it back to burton for warranty but that lasts only 1 year so what are you gonna do after that? it rides well when it works and the new toe strap is butter but thats all, if you buy this binding you are a loser... go romes, go rides, go flux go union. do not go c60.....
