Burton Cobrashark Snowboard Binding - 2010

Inspired by two of nature's most ruthless killers, the Burton Cobrashark Snowboard Binding delivers raw, animalistic power for launching, pressing, and buttering your way through the park and across the entire mountain. We probably would have just called them the Beartiger or Spidermoose, but the ganj in Vermont is really, really good. Or, uh, so we hear.

  • Winged highback with a park-dialed flex for effortless tweaks and locked-in presses
  • EVA baseplate cushioning takes the bite out of flat landings
  • Asymmetrical straps improve leverage for butters and pressing tricks

Bottom Line: Top of the freestyle food chain.

The malavitas have a upgraded ankle strap and toe cap and more padding in the footbed. They are an upgraded version in simple terms.

The wing on the high back is the same but the Infidels have a lot more upgrades and a crazy awesome baseplate. The Cobrashark was mad to be a soft affordable version of the infidel. I think they nailed is spot on. These bindings are playful yet responsive and are durable enough for anyone. You will not be disappointed.

The cobra sharks are awesome. They preform the way they were created for. These bindings are soft but supportive. They are a perfect jib and jump binding. You will be stoked from day one with these for sure.
