Enhance your hotness.
If it were at all possible to make you any hotter than you already are, the Burton Women’s Dandridge Down Jacket could probably pull it off thanks to a generous does of 550-fill down inside its water-resistant shell. Thanks to its fluffy warmth and the smooth, soft satin lining, you’ll reach for this jacket even when you don’t have subzero conditions waiting for you on the other side of the door.
- Removable powder skirt with jacket-to-pant interface keeps snow from slipping down your back
- Mesh-lined underarm zips help dump excess heat when the sun comes out
- Sig Fit gives you room to layer without excessive bagginess, and sleeves are built longer to fit over gloves

How 'packable' is this coat? What does...
How 'packable' is this coat? What does it weigh? I'm looking for something for hiking, not snowboarding, so it needs to be stow-able for the uphills.
If you want a hiking coat that is 'packable' I would go with something similar to the Patagonia down jacket, or micro-puff

The one sold on BC.com is the true black, no pattern.
I love Burton snowboarding jackets!! I don't even snowboard but I am obsessed with the styling. I do ski though. I love that they design jackets that can stand on their own as far as a cool urban jacket but also very functional in any winter activity. I'm always looking for styling that can get by as a 2 in 1. Nice enough to wear into the office and perfectly functional outside in the elements. The only comment I have that's a negative is it said true black and the picture shows it all black. But there is a subtle grey plaid pattern throughout the whole jacket. It's subtle enough so it doesn't look bad but the description was not accurate. I still love it. I ordered the medium. I am the exact measurements for the small but the medium is a perfect fit for layering underneath. I also have another jacket from the white collection that is a size 5. Also a perfect fit. I'm 5'5' and 110 lbs.
I got the feather print jacket; the feathers are really pretty, there are some that are turquoise and purple. They look really good with the brown background. It is also really warm! I felt like the medium was roomy, but not overwhelming and too large on me.
Worm and stylish
This is not your mom's puffy. This jacket has a unique style that you don't see everyday. I love the fact that I can wear this on the hill and wear it out around town and feel stylish. It has and edgy and cute feel all at the same time, and what's better than that. Also the hidden pockets are great.
