Not for snowboarding.
Although this is a snowboarding pack, it wasn't very light and it was not waterproof. I sent it back and grabbed a Mission pack from Dakine instead. If your not using it for snowboarding, this pack is actually pretty cool. It's good for school and luggage.
It's a little small, and the straps don't provide much comfort for a long day of trekin' around the backcountry. Other than the size and comfort issue...
Good starter pack I guess though. Strap system is just ok.
This is an awesome pack. Rides high on back, holds colbies, shovel, tool, food, water, camera, board, whatever you need for a day on the mountain. It is not an overnight bag, but it could be if you strapped onto it... Versatile, light tough.
This bag is wonderful in every way. Enough space for your gear, but not too bulky, and the material is really good feeling. Easily a winner.
Had the pack for over 2 years now still looks brand new, and sweet as ever!
the waterproof material is incredible spilled a jager bomb on it the day i bought it (faded, Halloween party) slid right off!! nothing can phase this pack. Has ample room for just about everything you would need for a day's ride.
Only complaint is the underside of the pack is not the same material as the rest so if u take ur pack off lay it on the waterproof side or else moisture will wick inside.
Don't know if they fixed that yet my pack is the 09 version.
Overview:don't think, buy it you will thank me later.
