Some call it the Drifter, others call it a shape shifter.
Pack to the limit and check it, or collapse and cram it overhead; the Burton Drifter Roller Carry-On Rolling Gear Bag offers flexible storage options for the hectic traveler. It's a shape shifter to feet your needs whether you are being a bum at your friends' pad for a month or taking a tour of Colorado's finest ski resorts for three days. Mesh dividers keep you organized (so you aren't a junk show on the go), and external pockets keep everything else tidy. Ixion wheels keep you rolling smoothly, and the lockable TSA-grade zippers are for security in dodgy locales.

Never lose your wheels again
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Having gone through several cheap suitcases to "just get the job done" it was time to step up and invest in luggage for the long road. I just toted this around the streets of NYC for 4 days to run the marathon and it couldn't be beat. Wheels are incredibly sturdy, smooth rolling and surprisingly quiet. Pulled through puddles and up and down curbs with no problem. The expandable carry-on or check size is ideal (and can be squished nicely from check to carry-on if necessary depending on the contents of your bag). Telescoping handle adjusts nicely for various sizes. I love the bright colors to help me spot my gear in baggage claim without fear of grabbing someone else's case. It will continue to go through the wringer this holiday season but has shown it's got staying potential (backed by an amazing warranty too!).

Is the front pocket big enough to hold my 17" lapotop?
That front pocket only has a narrow 8" zipper opening and is only 6 inches deep. At best it will hold your pouch of toiletries.
