Burton Escapade EST Snowboard Binding - Women's - 2012

The Burton Women's Escapade EST Binding delivers all-mountain control with a balanced flex for the woman rider with a bag full of tricks and a fetish for dominating the whole mountain—and maybe even the podium. The Escapade EST has been upgraded with the addition of the Kickback Hammock, a full-length rubber hammock-and-spring combo that suspends and reacts like no women's binding before it, which is probably why this binding is trusted by Hannah Teter.

  • Zero Forward Lean highback sits at a true zero-degree angle for days in the park and groomers while still having the option to be adjusted forward to ride powder or pipe
  • New Kickback Hammock mirrors the whole shape of the highback with a two-piece suspension system that is composed of full-length rubber hammock and an internal spring that not only cradles the heel of your boot but adds insane response and vibration dampening
  • EST baseplate construction removes the rigid binding tray from under your foot, allowing your board to flex more naturally (compatible with Burton Channel boards only)
  • ShredBED 3.0 scales down the volume but dampens with the same cushioning you have come to love from the dual-density EVA of EST footbeds
  • Baseplate constructed from 30% short-glass and nylon composite for a responsive flex that loves the occasional fling with the terrain park
  • Super Lightweight GettaGrip Capstrap with Triple Axis Ultra-Minimized spine, True Wrap toe window, and Grip Fit rubberized toe grip offers a supreme hold with half the weight
  • React Strap ankle strap improves wrap and boot-to-binding connection through a minimized design and Triple Axis Spine Ultra-Responsive Enduro padding
  • Smooth Glide ratchets deliver the absolute smoothest ratcheting and most secure hold, topped with the finished look of chrome-plated aluminum
  • Made with re-ground materials where possible to reduce waste
  • Only compatible with Burton's Channel system snowboards
  • Complete the setup with the Burton Mint Boot and Feelgood Flying V Snowboard

Bottom Line: Hard-charging response with freestyle-flavored comfort.

I'm sure you can squeeze it in there but it's never a good idea to max out your straps/ladders. You always want to be as close to the middle range of the sizes as possible. We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee though so if you want to try the small out and it doesn't work, we'll take it back for a refund/exchange no questions asked.

The Escapade sets the bar high for comfort and shred everything engineering! With EST you have infinite options!!! The new Kick Back Hammock will increase response and reduce vibration. A notch more responsive then the Lexa.
