Description

Store all your gear for a good time in the Burton Fader Pack.

The Burton Fader Backpack stores all your gear for a day in class or a night of getting…ahhh, faded. Store your laptop in this Burton backpack's laptop compartment during the week, then roll to the pre-funk on Saturday with two refreshments stowed in the dual Hideaway Beverage Stash Pockets. Store your iPod in the sound pocket and run your headphones out the integrated port. Burton even gave this classic looking pack a removable key clip so you don't constantly lose your keys in your dorm room. *Available for US shipment only.

will this bag hold a 15.4 inch computer?...

will this bag hold a 15.4 inch computer? The specs say 12 inch, but it looks almost as big as the Gauge bag. Send answer to kipkot@hotmail.com, please. I wanna buy it this week before I go back to Europe. Thanks, Michael

This pack will only hold a small laptop, 12" or less. 15.4" is too big.

Surprising

This site doesn't have pictures of the bag that shows all of the features but other 'bag' sites do and this is an interestng bag. I'm a bag slut and probably 8 - 10 a year looking for the perfect bag to carry my crap around.

This bag is much larger than it looks in the pics and it will be 3 weeks before I can tell if it will fit under the window seat of a standard plane.

The front pockets are rather wierd and I'm not sure what I'm going to put there but the computer sleeve fits my macbook with no problems.

The back access (for lack of a better word) is quite cool in that it divides the non-laptop pocket into 2 pockets and has plenty of places to stash stuff.

So far the only downsides of the bag are:

1: no place to stash pen/pencils like a typical bag

2: water bottle holder is a little tight, time will tell if the bottles really stay there.

3: no enough places to hang stuff.

the big upsides are:

1: Lots of interesting zip pockets inside for carrying cables, game cart's, etc

2: Carries the load well when wearing the pack

3: A really unique back compartment that holds a lot.

I would give it 5 stars but I haven't used it long enough
