Burton Field Jacket - Men's - 08/09 - 2008

Zip the Burton Men's Field Jacket over your fleece and you're ready to do battle with any weather. This shell comes with Burton's Active Lining System, which puts closed cell mesh around your core for lightweight wicking and micro cell mesh at your sides for defense from the wind. Macro cell mesh and mesh-lined Underarm zips at the Field Jacket's high heat areas work to cool you down while hiking in the backcountry or riding on a spring day. Fully taped seams, waterproof zippers, and Burton's Storm-lite fabric seals out moisture whether the snow's cranking or you're just cartwheeling down the mountain. Dual chest cargo pockets give you enough space to store some contraband, and a custom MP3 pocket with built-in retractable ear buds let you listen to some tunes. - Fall 2008.

Bottom Line: The Burton Field Jacket is dialed for season-long riding, no matter the weather.

The field jacket is a standard fit so if you want it to run a bit tighter small would be the bet.

How tall are you? Just wanna make sure the arm length is good!

Burton Field Jacket

By:

Great jacket! Lots of pockets to secure your stuff, and the zippers keep it intact. I'm 6' 170lb and the large fits great.
The material gets damp on the outside during wet snow, but keeps you bone dry on the inside!

ALL FUNKED ALL THE TIME!

By:
December 23, 2009

my wife karen and i are life long dogfunk fans. the details are already built into the coats, hoodies, etc. wearing them is a cynch.
i have a short time to live so i have chosen to laugh at death. ANY BRIGHTNESS AND ORIGIANAL PATTERN, goes on my back and i walk thru like there actually is tomorrow. karen has adopted the same philosophy. dogfunk, my new earring of a dangling cow, my wicked cool new zealand custom deadringer skull ring and yes, i have been called "a freakshow" but i considered that a compliment. the more funked i get the more i see our world for it's tan and grey and spring navy options for men. very sad. i'm spittin' fire and burnin
a trail as i go and to be labeled a freakshow by some river rafter
routine human is just fine with me. the others love to laugh with me at how i present myself. they are the ones who enjoy life. they need to be dogfunked too....send more stickers.!!!!!!...
and please, please have somebody keep designing the most outlandish color combos of hoodies, especially, as they get the most use and visibility
also, as a volnteer reader at a local blind school some minimally sighted kids get ripped up with the brighter colors....and the zippper pulls i add from ugly dolls.com....you should try tying in with them....they rock.....all rad all the time....your 52 and 54 yeer old converts.....karen and steve 5735 east 124th way brighton, co 80602......p.s. anything wild i will try. send it on and i will give you great, honest feedback about reactions in general.....this review, however,is for the purpowe of all the cool
stuff we have purchased in the past couple months....love karen and steve
