Does this handle both bottom and side bevel?

I had this file guide thinking it does both side and base edges. However, it only does base edges and happens to do a pretty damn good job with those.

This file is only good for the SIDE edges, not the base. It does a great job indeed, but if your looking to sharpen the base side of the edging, look for another tool.
