Description

Mother Nature can be a sneaky old hag.

One minute Mother Nature will act like she's going to bring the white goods, and the next, bam! she'll do something else completely. Don't worry about her with your Burton Men's Gore-Tex Under Mitt; make sure your hands are ready for whatever she has up her sleeve. This glove system has a guaranteed waterproof membrane in the already waterproof DryRide Ultrashell; under the hood, there's brushed microfiber lining, so you can wear it during spring slush days. Then there's the removable DryRide Thermex liner glove, which can stand on its own when you are shoveling snow. Or, double down with both together when Ma Nature is being a real ... uh, you know. When things are good out there, you'll be inclined to tell your friends, so Burton made this glove with the Screen Grab Touchgrip palm so you can type away.

  • DryRide Ultrashell 2-Layer stretch fabric
  • Gore-Tex membrane
  • Brushed microfiber lining
  • Thermacore insulation
  • Removable DryRide Thermex liner glove
  • Screen Grab Toughgrip palm
  • Ergonomic pre-curved fit

Oven mitts

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Hands are always warm. Never have to extra liner gloves like I did with my last shitty pair of gloves.

These ARE toasty - add smart wool liner

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I rec'd these in just in time for a big snow storm. I rode my ATV and my finger tips got a little chilled with the liners that came with the gloves. But, I have a pair of Smartwool mittens that I used as liners and BAM - perfect.
These will be great ski gloves and if they can keep me warm while riding (wind chill) these can handle anything.
When you wash them, turn them inside out when before putting them in the dryer - it will shorten the dry time.
Great Mitts.

Epic Mittens

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The description does no justice for the glove liner alone. They were epic. Mittens are everything described. If you want hard core mittens these are epic.

Very Dry

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These are the driest mitts I've ever had. I've used them in the spring in Minnesota when the slopes were soaking wet slush and in the dead of winter in Big Sky when getting dumped on by the snow gods. They held up and kept my hands dry in both conditions. They're also super warm with the liner and moderately warm without it. These are excellent!
