The legendary featherweight big-mountain freestyle whip that is the Burton Ion Snowboard Boot returns to continue its legacy of sought-after comfort and support—but this time it's running Pirellis. That's right, the best just got better with incomparable tread developed by Pirelli for optimal traction that gives you a secure foot-hold both in the binding and during the backcountry ascent. In addition to its snow-tire inspired design, the Ion's all-star assortment of tech is still present, including Speed Zone lacing and the anatomical support of AutoCANT cushioning.

I got these boots last season as I wanted to try something different then the Drivers I had been using. I like them because they are not so stiff and give me much more freedom. Super comfy!
