Fuel your snow addiction and bring your riding to the next level with the Burton Lux Snowboard.

The Burton Women's Lux Snowboard's forgiving flex and easy-to-ride twintip shape allow you to step up your skills without feeling like you're riding a super-stiff tree trunk. Strap the directional Lux Snowboard on, cruise the groomers, and then drop into the terrain park. The Lux Snowboard's negative core profile places thinner sections of core between the bindings for freestyle flex and torsion, and the Dualzone EGD construction positions the wood grain along the toe and heel edges (perpendicular to the rest of the core) so you get reliable edge hold. The Lux Snowboard's fast base keeps you flying in the park and won't require a lot of maintenance. IMPORTANT: Burton thought it'd be funny and ship us each size of these boards with assorted base colors. We can't control which color base you get, but we're confident you'll dig it. *Available for US Shipment Only.

Beginner boarder very happy

I've taken a few lessons with a rental (Salomon beginner board) I purchased an Arbor Push on the advice that I would "grow into it" - big, painfull mistake. The board was very stiff and was very hard to control. I tried the Lux and am happy to see it has a nice balance of flex and stiffness that I can do turns with moderate effort (I'm still learning how to connect turns). I am very happy with this board and my progress on it.
