Useless.

I have these on my board, and I wish i never stuck them on. My boot slides off all the time, so I am better off just putting my boot on the board itself. I would recommend saving your money and putting it towards a decent stomp pad.

make an OK sign with your hand. that circle is about the size of these. when i first stuck them i had some time to reset them and tweak them before the sticker back was set---that was nice. The dig right in my boots, but they are small. I set them off not great. I have one dead center (wish it was a touchclose to the rear) and one heal side and near back binding....wish I got them close together so I could get my foot on both. Not solid enough feel for me
