A bomber boot that leaves you enough green to get new bindings, too.

After the first 3 hours of riding, the boots started to get wet... Besides that, I would prefer cord system. It is ok for the price, but I will be probably looking for options in the near future.

Great all around boot
Nothing super speacial but gets the job done. I love the pull strings to tighten the boot. So quick and easy. Cant go wrong with these boots.
I pick the size 11 1/2 but have to change it to 12 for a perfect fit. First time to used it. easy to wear due to fast string, my feet keep warm, responded well to direction change; toe edge to heel edgre and vice versa during my riding experienced with this boots. overall it an well designed, comfortable boots.
Can't go wrong with these
The Burton Moto were my first pair of snowboard boots. They fit me great and are VERY comfortable.Don't be scared by the price, these boots are very supportive! The speed zone lacing is worth mentioning as it make easy being in and out off the boot not to mention that once you tight that thing up it will stay like that for the hole duration of your riding! They are just awesome! Possibly the best price point boots out there! If you are a beginner, buy this!
I'm not a big fan of the lacing system. It sees like a good idea and it's easy to tighten, but I like a bit more flexibility to tighten one part of the shoe and loosen another. I have rather wide feet and found these to be a bit narrow. They were a really good price at 89 but I'm glad I didn't pay any more for them. If I hadn't been pressed for time I might've done more research and gotten something with regular laces.
GREAT PRICE!!!! GREAT BOOTS!!!
Awesome boots. Easy to put on and take off. Make sure you get your street shoe size. If you want you can probably go 1/2 size smaller since it eventually packs out.
These boots are awesome. AWESOME PRICE + AWESOME BOOT = AWESOME DEAL
Well worth it
Was surprised at how warm they kept your feet. There will def be no layering with these babies. All you need is one pair of sucks and your good to go even on those really cold days. Also they hug my feet like a charm i wear a size 91/2 sneaker got the same in the moto and fit perfect. Had no problem with breaking in mine they felt good from day one.
These boots are sweet. The cost of them makes it even better!
the only advantage to these boots is that it has burton's speed lace system. if you dont like the one string to pull on wait till next year, the motos will have upper and a lower laces.
-keep it real
hey but this burton moto in new 2010...
hey but this burton moto in new 2010 collection? you send also in italy? what is tha cost ? and tax for importation? thank you!! Livio
Sorry my man, I don't think they ship to Italy. Contact Back Country directly.
I got these boots because they were cheap, but now I'm regretting not spending the extra money. These boots do the job, but I have a few pressure points even after molding them. my main complaint is how bulky they are. definatly wont buy any more motosupdate, even after break in These boots leave my feet in not a good mood at all. Deffinatly getting some thirty two's to replace these. never getting burton boots again.
great bang for $$
owned these boots for about a few months. Breaking in time was about 5 days of riding, runs 3-4 hours each day. The lacing system was flawless, just put them on pull the laces and go, nice and comfortable. These boots worked well in both downhill riding and freestyle/park riding. over all these boots were great for the money and held up great for everything i put them through so far.
I am a size 8 shoe. I tried on the size...
I am a size 8 shoe. I tried on the size 8 Moto and my toes were touching the end - way to small. I ended up getting the 8.5 instead. Was that a wise choice? Should I go to a 9? I heard that snowboard boots need to be snug, so I don't want to go too big.
Snug is good! Touching the end but not bent. Sounds like you made the right choice!
Man these boots are 100% Pimpin'. They mold to your feet quick, and lock your heel in for a hell of a ride that you'll never forget.
This boot surprised me. Was expecting the lacing system to be a hassle (why do snowboard companies think we can't just tie our shoes?) but it is actually really really good. Was expecting "cheap" boots to be uncomfortable, but these are probably among the most comfortable shoes I own.
On a personal note, I was expecting to hate the all white look (when you buy on sale you make some compromises) but the Stormtrooper look is rockin.
Cant beat the price/quality
I've had these boots (2007 model) and used them a great deal each season. They hold up, keep your feet warm, dry, and are so comfy you forget your wearing snowboard boots when walking to the slopes.
Super fast to put on/bind up you leave everyone with laces in the dust.
The Liner is starting to become a little warn but you would expect that after the amount of use I've put them through in 3 years.
one of the laces on the lower zone is about...
one of the laces on the lower zone is about to break and i have no clue how to change it or even where i can get replcement laces
You can either Call Burton Rider Services at (800) 881-3138 and they will send you a new lace!!! or go to a local shop whom services Burton and they can replace.
