Less is more.
Proving that riding a bigger board isn't necessarily better, the Burton Nug Snowboard offers the nimbleness of an Italian sports car, thanks to its significantly smaller size. Featuring Raduction tech, the Nug Snowboard can be ridden a good 8 to 10 centimeters smaller than your regular all-mountain board, allowing you to use a much lighter, faster turning board through the park and entire mountain. And because it's loaded with a flat-to-rocker Flat Top profile and extended tip and tail contacts (Side Effects), you won't have to sacrifice much in the way of stability when you're launching park jumps and cruising the entire mountain.
Designed with a Super Fly core with Squeezebox, you'll find the Nug offers enhanced turn initiation and better energy transfer to the tip and tail contacts. Its tip and tail have an exaggerated scooped design for catch-free jibbing and better float through untracked snow. Additionally, you'll find the board's tip and tail are super easy to whip around during spins, due to their tapered Pro-Tip construction. As if that's not enough, the kind folks at Burton gave this board a wax-thirsty, fast-gliding sintered base for clearing jumps and anything lying in your path.
