Put on you trusty workwear-inspired Burton Restricted Pistol Pant and head to the mountain with your fellow roughnecks for good shred and heady times. Mesh-lined inseam vents release the heat while keeping out all that champagne powder. The fleece lining at the butt and knees provides comfort and slight insulation just where you need it. Bust out the removable bottle opener located on the belt loops and kick one back before you huck off a freshly manicured cheese wedge.
Available in Slim fit: a tailored, low-rising, boot-cut fit complete with narrower hips, waist, and thighs
Available in Sig fit: Burton’s most recognized fit, slightly baggy but not too baggy, perfect for layering but won’t cramp your steeze
Choose the denim variant for a street-inspired look; you will be as accustomed to them as your everyday pair of jeans
Choose the corduroys for a classic utilitarian workwear look which reflects both durability and clean styling
Removable belt loop bottle opener—better than using your teeth
Bottom Line: I woke up at about noon, knew I had to be at the mountain soon.
hey i am 6'2 between 165 and 170 depending on the day and i wear a 34 inch waist. with these pants should i go with a large or X-Large? and also what ever happened to brociety.com?
Whatup Chives. You should go XL for sure as these pants fit a little snug. A large would fit off the hill, but once you strapped in you wouldn't be able to move and your crack would probably hang out.
R.I.P. Brociety, it was put out to pasture. Look for your shreddy deals on whiskeymilitia.com. Come autumn, whiskey will be packed with killer snowboard stuff so keep your eyes peeled in the coming months.
Awesome pant, definitely a shell pant tho. They're not the warmest pant but as long as you're not in the backcountry or in a blizzard you'll be fine! I wear the medium and I'm 5'10" 175lbs. and I need a belt! Great pant couldn't be happier!

These pants have no fleece mentioned in description. I asked Burton and finally got the answer "There is a print failure on the webpage as well as on the labels" - Burton says.
So if you're planning to ride in cold weather conditions prepare yourselves to wear something extra-extra. (knees are feezing when you're sitting on a chair lift even with extra layer)
I'd say these pants are for pretty warm conditions somewhere around 20f/-6C to 30f/0C WITH extra layer.
Not recommended because i bought these right before the trip and I had no time to return/change order.
these slim pants have style for days. legs that are nicely tailored in at the knees and widen out with extra large ghetto zip slits for that skinny boot leg look. i got one pair in black cord and another in blue denim to mix and match, and so that one pair doesn't get completely thrashed during the season. one thing i gotta say is that the cords do feel better and more burly while the denims feel a little thinner. the mesh lining could be a little more comfy (for instance, volcom's mesh lining is way softer and thicker). but overall, i'm digging the slim style of these pants; perfect for park lappin'. how about a little more variety in the colors next season though, burton?
Im 6'0" 160 pds, should i get this in a large, and how tight are the slims, like no room for my legs? or like do they still fit over the boots without lookin gay?
Did anyone find the "fleece in the butt and knees" missing in these pants? I got a pair of these and there is no sign of fleece mentioned except for the front pockets and a waist.
There should have been a little fleece in the knees and the butt, it doesn't add much but it was supposed to be there. Sorry my man. The pants are still pretty sick.
Here where the difference is. The blue denim has something blue in its color, that is something you cant see on the website pictures. The actual color of the pants is like on the main picture (darker) I added the lighter smaller one to expose the color (the lighter picture has a little increased saturation also).
Sorry for the picture quality but it was taken very early in the morning and it was very cloudy that day.
how's the material of these? i usually try to avoid burton pants because the material tends to feel too light and "cardboardy" as opposed to the street material feel of Holden, L1, Cappel, or Volcom... do the material on the cord or denim pistol pants feel cheap in any way? or do they have some substance to them?
The cords feel, look, and are legit! Not cheap at all, however, opposed to L1, not even close! In my opinion, L1 is the sickest outerwear company to ever exist! Their premium denim is so dope!
i was just wondering, the picture of the black denim slim fit doesn't look like the slim fit when compared with the picture of the black corduroys. will they (denim) come as they appear in the picture? or will they come in the same fit as the cords (the website just couldn't find a stock photo of the slim in denim)
The denim fits a lot slimmer then it looks in the pictures. They fit pretty Close to the outline of your body and then flare more from the knees down to fit over your boots. If you like skinny jeans or straight legs you'll love these pants.
yeah sometimes the "real life" pics don't look as good as the stock pics... if you go to korea's or japan's google sites (google.kr, google.jp) and do a search of "burton pistol pant" you'll find some real life pictures. i find that shops in korea and japan do a good job of showing how outerwear will actually look on people (for instance, i found this - http://www.bestsnowboard.co.kr/shop/shopdetail.html?branduid=49737 and the denims definitely look slim). if i was you, i would just purchase the pants and if you don't like them, return them... dogfunk has an excellent return program.
i wasnt asking about the color so much as the fit. the picture above of the cords looks much slimmer than the picture of the denims, which look like the sig fit. i was wondering if this is because dogfunk jus couldnt find a stock photo of the denims in the slim fit, or if they mislabelled the sig fit denims as slim ones. i just dont want to pay for one thing and get something else
The true black cord is going to be darker than the denim. The true black denim is a bit lighter than the black cord but still black. It is a lighter black denim.
