Use the Burton Poacher Pant as intended—for poaching!
Throw on the Burton Men's Poacher Pant and leave the wet butt to the eight year olds. Burton's Dryride Durashell two-layer coated fabric make sure you can spend a day in the park without driving home on a soggy bottom. Burton's Sig fit gives you plenty of bag and length, while an articulated knee provides a greater range of motion. The Poacher's mesh lining wicks moisture from your swampy nether regions. Snap up the leg lifts and walk around the village without trashing the bottom of the Poacher. Stash your bag of primo blueberries in the Burton Poacher's cargo pocket and commence poaching.**DISCONTINUED**

Does Burton or any other manufacture make a XXXL pant?
Bro, go with Vans xxl, they are huge. Probably the biggest xxl you can get.
Special Blend pants are also gigantic. We supply a sizing chart with just about every item that's in stock. Just click "view sizing chart" below the Select Options button and it will tell you waist sizes, etc.
great pair of pants lots of storage great venting and the ladies love em!!!!
got em in green. good pant keeps water out and is pretty warm for no insulation. i love em and coulnt ask for anything more. at $109 the damn near perfect

i just got the poacher jacket in the green comic. do you think it would be a good idea to get these pants as well? or should i pair them with white burton vent pants?
If it's just a matter of style, I personally like going overboard with patterns, so I'd go comic. You see a lot of white pants on the slopes... not too many comic pants, eh?
great for snowkiting
I was looking for baggy enough so that I could wear knee pads, in case a kite jump goes wrong. Also, needed waterproof, breathable. And good powder gaters. This pant has all of these and works well. One of the waist closure snaps was broken (came that way). Luckily, the other snap is fine, so it doesn't matter much to me. Overall, pretty good for the money.
Great pair of pants especially for the price! Would buy again as they are high quality and look awesome.
I have used these once so far and they are sick! Lots of pockets and places to store your gear, plus the style looks great in all black against the slope. The air vents on the sides let you cool down when shredding the mountain if you get too warm. All in all, a good by from a great store.
I am a quite large person, and was worried i might not be able to get any pants that would fit, but these are just amazing, i got the XXL Burlap, and they just are so comfortable! after a day at the slopes, i don't even want to take them off to watch a movie, they are very waterproof, and wearing just some underarmour tights and gym shorts underneath, they were very warm for nightboarding in -2 degree weather!

would these pants connect to a Burton Quattro jacket or a Burton Shaun White Ice Wizard jacket? the details say nothing about any kind of jacket-to-pant interface.
No regrets buying these online. They are better than the picture gives them credit for. Enjoy the boarding season. Cheers.

I am 38 year old beginner and on a budget. I am 6'-2" and weigh 250lbs. My family own's a house in Winter Park and I am taking my daughter snow boarding this year and am having a hard time finding XXL jackets and pants. I would like basic colors (black, tan, red, etc...) what do you recomend?
Without knowing your style its isn't an easy job. But I will give it a shot. Its tough, not many XXL jackets available here. This jacket isn't bad, perhaps not my style, but the price is unbeatable if you are on a budget, plus it should be plenty warm! And they have it available in XXL.http://www.backcountry.com/store/BUR2189/Burton-Arctic-Jacket-Mens.htmlThe colors aren't as plane as you were hoping for, but also give this one a look, http://www.backcountry.com/store/BUR2206/Burton-GMP-Esquire-Jacket-Mens.htmlThis one is Mocha isn't bad in my opinion(Id get these along with the Mocha pants i talk about later)http://www.backcountry.com/store/BUR2190/Burton-Defender-Jacket-Mens.htmlAnd as for pants..the ones above come in XXL in black, should be good and you seriously cant beat the price. If you are into matching the last jacket I showed you, in Mocha, it would go great with this, and the whole deal would only cost you $271.92 for the entire package, I don't know about you, but I like brown, and that's a serious deal for Burton.http://www.backcountry.com/store/BUR2202/Burton-Cargo-Pant-Mens.htmlI really hoped this helped, have a good time snowboarding with your daughter! I wish you could let me know what you think, ha

Are they breathable enough so that i dont get super hot on the days with warmer weather?
Since it has dual layer waterproofing the breathablity will be affected. They should still breathe some but probably not enough for 50 degree sunny days..... of course there are few pants that are light enough for those days if you are working.

Do you know if these pants will match with the Burton 2008 green, white and beige Quattro jacket?
Yes, the Purple Haze Dazzle Print color scheme will match that jacket beautifully
Will these keep me warm?
Will these keep me warm?
It depends on how cold the weather is and how much moving you're doing. They have no extra insulation in them, so on those sub zero degree days, you'll probably need some extra layers. However, it is waterproof, and usually if you're really cold, it's because you're wet. These are plenty big enough to fit a pair of sweats underneath incase you need them on those cold days.
