They sold out. It is a model that Burton is following this year by not over producing product that will flood the market with discounted product. It provides a healthier marketplace.

I don't know if they will. I would check back daily to see if they will come in. Burton is running out of product, Dogfunk has ordered more, though and should get some more. Keep checking back.

Loving the asym strap

By:
February 9, 2011

Coming from Exile est's last year I wanted something a little stiffer and I had never rode Cartel's (only exile's and missions) so I wanted to see what the hype was about but not have to give up the asymetrical ankle strap that I loved so much about the Exiles from last year. So I decided to give the Restricted Cartels a try and I couldn't be happier! I got the comfort and extra leverage of the Asym strap with the little extra stiffness I was looking for. They are great for wherever you are going on the mountain. Also the new toe cap fits so much better than past ones..No cap slip and a sits the way it is suppose to right when you ratchet it down! These prob the best most comfy bindings out there! Oh yeah almost forgot..crank them down as much as you want with virtually no pressure points!

No. EST bindings will only fit Burton Channel boards. The non-EST bindings should work for you if you are psyched on the Cartels.

It kills it in the park. The Cartel is one of the most ridden bindings in the industry. It is a bit stiffer, so if that is what you are looking for then get them, if you want a softer binding then check out the Malivitas: http://www.dogfunk.com/burton-malavita-est-snowboard-binding
