Burton Rider's Backpack - 2011

You've double-checked the avalanche forecast, taken inventory of backcountry safety gear, put new batteries in the beacon, and waxed your freeride stick for effortless surfing. You could have just stuffed everything (unorganized) into an old school backpack (like a total moron), but you're smart. You have the new Burton Rider's Pack.

  • Large main compartment is a 25L-capacity holding tank for food, extra clothes, or 24-pack (if you're the designated beer Sherpa)
  • Zippered, fleece-lined goggle pocket located at top for quick access to your precious eyewear
  • Vertical board-carry straps are adjustable and can act as compression straps or additional carry straps
  • Horizontal board carry capability is ideal for riding sleds
  • Internal shovel pocket is easily accessible through the main top zipper
  • Removable waist-belt features comfort padding and multiple stash pockets for mental essentials
  • Insulated beverage/gear slot pocket located on each side
  • Multiple external zippered pockets for small essentials

Bottom Line: The pack for riders.

i got the wrong backpack that is shown in the picture. at first i was bummed, but i really love it. it doesn't look like it holds much, but this thing carries pretty much all of my gear! i love it!it has straps on it that wrap around the front of you that buckle, so your not carrying all the weight solely on your back. my back never hurts, no matter what i put in the bag.
