Burton Sabbath Snowboard Boot - 08/09 - 2008

When the Lord told His children, “Thou shalt keep the Sabbath day holy,” he meant it. The Burton Sabbath Snowboard Boot makes every day holy. Pope-worthy style and performance that would blow Jesus Christ's mind define this Burton team favorite. Gel-cushioned soles soften flat landings and a moldable liner adapts to the exact shape of your foot. Burton gave the Sabbath an anti-microbial footbed so your dawgs don't stink to high heaven, and a medium flex and lightning-quick response for hell-raising turns as you tear down the steep face of Mt. Sinai. Don't wander for forty years in the wilderness before you discover the chosen boot. - Fall 2008.

Bottom Line: As you stand at the edge of that huge cliff wondering whether or not to huck, ask yourself, “W.W.J.D.?”

Keep it holy, and comfy.

Picked these up after eyeing them since last season. Dogfunk had a sick price so I had to snag a pair. I rocked 2007 Burton Hails, and I loved them, and I thought I would never find boots that were as comfy as those (once broken in, which honestly took nearly a full season). Boy was I wrong. Out of the box, the Sabbaths made me forget my beloved Hails. They fit true to size and the differences in comfort were apparent. These boots are just the right amount of stiffness, and flat landings are barely noticeable due to the plush padding. My feet could not be happier! My feet are officially spoiled. It's like walking in heaven. :-D

Runs on the small size...

I wear a womens size 9 so I sized down 1 as per Burton's sizing chart. The boots came in today, my toes were cramped as hell, and that's not even my large foot! Sending them back for a size 9... Other than the sizing issues it's a badass boot.

These boots are great! Super comfortable and mold right to your foot! The only thing is the sizing...I am a women's size 10 and bought an 8.5, but should have went with the 9. Good luck in your findings.

These boots really are amazing. Read some reviews and found a good deal so decided to pick up a pair cause the styling is pretty sick.. and it was a great buy. Very easy to get in and out, very comfortable, just flat out the best snowboarding boots to have ever wrapped my feet.

better than before

These boots are a lot stiffer than the 6-7 year Solamons I had before. Stiffer is better. The performance is better, quicker reaction. Surprisingly I got compliments on the all white. The best part about these boots is the wide toe box. Very comfortable on my wide foot. I were a size 9 shoe and got a size 10 boot. Perfect!

Great boots

Perfect amount of stiffness for an freestyle or even all-mountain boot and they break-in great. They fit true to size so there's no real guessing. Only problem for me was that I have narrow feet and these were too wide for me (a little too much slop). If you have normal width feet, they're great...if you have narrow feet look at the Ion or Salomon F24 instead.

great boots. they are true to size and really stay warm and comfortable. they start off a bit stiff, so like any boot I would recommend wearing them around the house for a few hours before you go right to the slopes.
