Description

Smooth forward motion and a flex and fit that keeps you crushing it all season.

On the slopes,  if your feet aren't happy, you're not happy. Nobody is saying your other gear isn't important, but the Burton Women's Sapphire Snowboard Boot gives you the staying power to nail that new trick or take that extra couple of runs to cap off a perfect day. Technology like Jumper-Cable enhanced Crossbone cuff, and a liner that accepts disposable heater packs, it's hard to deny that the Sapphire is the cog in the matrix of your setup that makes it all click.

  • Traditional lacing with comfort laces keeps you secure with a 'if ain't broke, don't fix it' mentality
  • New Crossbone cuff increases lateral support with Jumper-Cable placed around the cuff while the articulated design still allows for tweaking and pressing
  • Articulating cuff encourages natural forward pressure without distortion of the boot at the instep
  • New FlexSpine backstay maintains the shape of the boot to wear the same on day 100 as it does on day 1
  • Medium-flex thin profile 3D-molded tongue has a broken-in curvature right out of the box and a snug fit with no gaps between the tongue and liner
  • Hot Pockets hold disposable toe warmers in a neoprene sleeve located on the top of your foot
  • Re-tooled Imprint 2 liner has an improved fit and and features Lock-Up cuff and hook-and-loop liner closure to keep a close fit with no gaps
  • Level 1 removable footbed offers shred-specific support and cushioning and is treated with Aegis antimicrobial coating to fight odors
  • Women-specific TrueFit design was developed to fit with all types of women's feet and tested (and approved) by Burton's team
  • Dynolite EST optimized outsole is 20% lighter than standard construction and uses B3 gel to offer cushioning designed to withstand freezing temps and flat landings

Comfy but small

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I'd recommend sizing up at least a half size. I normally wear an 8, and these boots fit super tight, bordering on too small, especially when worn with thick socks. That being said, however, they are incredibly light and comfortable, with great response and support. I would definitely buy again, just slightly larger.

Best Boot I've ever Ridden!

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I like to joke that I'm in a long term relationship with this boot, but it's true. I'm coming up on my 8th season & have ridden the Sapphire's faithfully every year. The couple times I've strayed, I'm quickly reminded of just how much I love these boots.

They are comfy from day 1 & perfectly responsive. I get an average of 100 days out of my sapphires before they need replacing (with another pair of Sapphires of course). You can't go wrong with this boot!

Daughter loves these

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Fit true to size. Daughter wears a 9 street shoe - bought an 8. Loves them. High quality shoe. Still looks new after several uses. She likes the toe warmer option!
