The perfect length baselayer that keeps you fresh all day (or all week).
Since you decided to start wearing socks with your snowboarding boots (good idea) you have been looking for a moisture-wicking baselayer like the Burton Shant so your ankles aren’t a lumpy mass of excess fabric. The Shant only extends to your boot so the midweight, quick-drying baselayer fabric only covers where you need it. Even though it feels like cotton, the Shant wicks moisture and stretches with your tweaked out Methods, while it also has a soft waistband, flat lock seams, and an anti-odor finish so you can wear it for the entire road trip and not add a harsh aroma to the good funky van smell.

No more bunches in the boots!
I have the red/white striped ones which are awesome looking but colors aside, I love these. Nothing all wadded up around my ankles and don't have to pull the tops up to achieve the same effect.
Good Quality although I would consider them lightweight rather than midweight. These run big! If you typically wear a medium you will probably want small in these unless you like them baggy.
