Fits great! Puffy and comfy but still gives you some shape. Super warm but let's you move your arms still. I wore it a lot when we were cleaning out my mothers house and it was freezing but I needed to be able to move around. Haven't tried it in the snow yet.. but vetty vetty soon! Definitely a good buy and versatile.
No it does not come off. It is a full time hood.
