Description

Go where the snow is.

The Burton Space Sack fits your stick with bindings, and it won't cost you your arm, leg, and left nipple to get. If you want to pack both your powder and rail boards, remove the bindings, slip them into this bag, and throw it on your truck bed for the drive to the resort. Since you’ll still have both your arms, you’ll appreciate that the Space Sack comes with a removable shoulder strap and two handles to give you carry options.

I'm looking for a basic snowboard bag that will fit my board and my bindings without having to adjust them (take them down). Just something light that I can use to put it in to get to and from the hill. Not inyterested in board bags with wheels or pockets, just something to cover my board and bindings as they are set.

Responded on

This is your jam then. This bag is perfect travel to and from the hill. You do not need to take your bindings off at all.

I also have a 157; would it be safe to say the 156 sack would fit just the board by itself without bindings and such?

Responded on

It should fit, but if you cram too much product in to the sack, because to board is a 157 it may not fit. But you could get lucky, try it out.

I have 157 board. Does 156 bag fit 157 board + boots?

Responded on

It might, It will be a close fit, but it is doable. To be sage I would size up. More space is always better then less.

Burton Space Sack

If I have a size 164 board and i get the 166 bag, will i be able to fit my boots in the bag too? Also will a wide board fit in this bag?

Responded on

Judging by the size of your plank, I'm guessing your boots will be big too. You might be able to squeeze the boots in but it would be a very tight fit. If you want to carry more gear with your board, I would suggest getting something a little more roomy

Responded on

you'll be able to fit your boots for sure... However, I would suggest getting something with a little padding.

Check out the Burton board sack or gig bag.

Responded on

They will all fit no problem.

Highly Recommended

This is a great bag. Especially if you don't have a boot bag. You can stuff your board, bindings and all with your boots on top. It's got a lot of room and is really rugged.

Super Simple

This bag is perfect for you day to day riding travels. Helps protect your stuff and your friend's car. Through all you got into this, then put into the trunk or the bed of the truck. Get home, unzip then air it all out for the next day. Think about upgrading if you plan to travel a lot, but if not this is a perfect bag for you. Check it out.

would this bag be good for airport travel?

Responded on

Any bag is better than no bag, although, you may want to up grade to the wheelie gig bag. It has extra padding so you don't have to worry about the baggage handlers messing your board up.

Great Bag, Even Better Price

does a great job of protecting by board whether it's sliding around in the back of my truck or going through customs.

yeah!

Its a pretty nice bag, i got the 181cm size for me skis and it is a snug fit but i can fit all of my gear in there. its very spacioud

not bad...

i used it for one (non-air)trip so far and everything is good so far. However, the straps are uncomfortable(no cushioning) and the bag has no additional pockets.

my friend got the dakine padded one for additonal $20 and it's much more durable and has pockets.

Not too shabby

After a couple trips, the bag started showing wear where the edge of board rubbed against the bag, but it works well for the price. I think I could have prevented this by putting t-shirts or some sort of padding around the edge of the board. I really liked how much I could fit in the bag (181cm): board, boots, helmet, jacket, pants, gloves and hat! Nifty! The styles are pretty cool too; they make it easy to spot your board at the airport.
