Burton Buckle will not close:(

Got this belt for my son and was very excited because he is an avid Burton fan and loves the color green!

But, sadly, very disappointing, the buckle will not stay closed. It appears that the web strapping material that the belt is made from is too thick. The buckle pushes closed, but then with no pressure at all, it pops back open. It will NOT stayed closed, so is worthless as a belt:( He has several other belts with buckles of this style, including a RIDE belt that was ordered at the same time, and they are fine.
