Burton Supermodel Snowboard - 2006

The Burton Supermodel Snowboard has curves in all the right places and—even better—it wants to go fast. This super sexy free-rider flies through big-mountain terrain like it's a catwalk. Burton thinned the tip and tail to reduce swing weight for effortless spins. The tapered shape floats you through the steep-and-deep at lightning speed without burning up your legs. Burton integrated an ultra-light carbon backbone into the Powder Fly core for added pop, and Triax fiberglass layering for torsional stiffness and longitudinal snap. The Supermodel rips through tight, powdery tree runs and loves aggressive riders.

Bottom Line: The Burton Supermodel Snowboard lives life in the fast lane.

The supermodel is back from the dead, and better than ever. Burton has taken years of Burton tech and combined them into one board. The original supermodel, Triumph, Omen (RIP Craig Kelly) and the Malolo. This board has a great flex and taper, rips up the groomers and floats in powder. If you have been riding long enough to remember the original Supermodel and how great it was, snag one of these boards up before they are gone again.
