Description

Burton supports the future of snowboarding.

Because young wrists and learning to snowboard doesn’t always mix, the Burton Kids’ Support Mitts give your grom’s wrists a removable plastic support system that helps prevent sprains and breaks that can dent your kid’s confidence. A water-resistant DRYRIDE Ultrashell and DRYRIDE Insane membrane deliver water-resistance, while Thermacore insulation gives this mitt enough warmth for energetic sessions on the hill. Burton also added a brushed microfiber lining for warmth as well as moisture-wicking properties to keep small hands from getting sweaty and cold.

I'm looking for a kids snowboarding mitten...

Posted on

I'm looking for a kids snowboarding mitten with removable guards and a place to insert hand warmers. Got a mitten with those two important features? Or know of anyone who does? The BUR2904 looks good but I couldn't tell if it had the insert feature or not. Thanks

This had the wrist guard feature and you can put a hand warmer on the inside for sure.

Concept is great, fit is a little tricky. Need to order one to two sizes bigger than you would expect. The "mouth" of the glove is tight.

My Son Loves Em'

My almost 6 year old skier son loves these mittens. We took the wrist guards out because he didn't like the limited range of motion and because the guards conflicted with another injury. They seem to stay dry and he hasn't complained of cold digits.

Great Kid's Mitt

I bought these for my 10 year old shredder after his buddy broke his wrist on the slopes (awkward fall). My little guy loves them ! They are warm and way easier to use than stand alone wrist guards under mittens. They have been used in -5 degree weather with no complaints. More color selections would be great. An adult version would be much appreciated as well !
