I changed out the stock high backs from my 06/07 Burton Cartel bindings for the Team Skyback II. The stock high backs are the worst design EVER. Way, way, way too much forward lean, even set to the lowest setting. The Team Skyback II cures all of these issues and makes the Cartels a fine pair of bindings.
Good replacement for stock hi-backs

I bought these to replace the stock hi-backs on my mission greeds, because I snapped one of them in the park, they are much better than the stock ones and they do not have the FLADs (forward lean adjuster)that fall off if you aren't paying any attention like the factory hibacks.

The skyback II is a big improvement from the original team skyback. It has a much flatter back that doesn't cup your heel or calf. It doesn't have nearly as much forward lean built in to it (but you still can adjust it to have it). It has the dial flad so that you can change up the forward lean quickly and independantly of the highback rotation. Translation: much better for freestyle. Still responsive but easier to tweak and no more complaints about jibbing with the cartel. Awesome!!
