Since you spend most of your time shredding log lines in the woods anyway, the Burton Tech Flannel Shirt makes sense. Plus, its lumberjack-style flannel, long fit, and DryRide Mist-Defy water-repellent coating keeps you dry during the spring meltdown.

This shirt has been great off the hill. I've kept it in the back of the car to toss on at camp. Serves as a great wind stopper for hanging out around the fire. Still waiting for snow to fall so I can use it on the hill. It's a nice middle ground between a jacket and just dealing with the cold. It does have the water repellent coating that makes it strange to use as a normal button down shirt.
