Give hope of a sponsor-lined future to a frosty-fingered ripper—give the Vent.
For just pennies a day, the Burton Kids’ Vent Mitten can preserve the warmth of a little shredder’s hands with waterproof breathable Dryride fabric and Thermacore insulation. In small resorts across the globe the digits of tiny chargers are soaked and sweaty without the protection of Burton’s Insane Membrane or the temperature control of a combination venting and heater pocket. Everyday grabs are missed, and ratcheting buckles go loose because their hands have never known the comfort or dexterity of a pre-curved Pistol Grip fit. Won’t you help put this smooth, brushed microfiber lining and reinforced Toughgrip Palm on the hands of a needy grom?

is the zipper for placing a hand warmer (little pocket) or is it strictly for venting?
You can do both, just make sure the Handwarmer doesn't burn you kid's hands.

does this have a warmer pocket (for hand warmers?)
Love these mittens
We had a hard time finding mittens of this quality in these small sizes. My four-year-old daughter got these for Christmas and we love, love, love them.
We have used the vents for cooling down on a warm day, and for hand warmers on a really cold day!
The straps both at the top of the mitten and at the wrist are great. They fit over her coat and still tighten enough to stay on while on the mountain. We got the Tokyo print and they look great with all her coats
